From an AP article on Newsvine (sorry, no link to the article since the site is in private beta):
Iranians love Danish pastries, but when they look for the flaky dessert at the bakery they now have to ask for “Roses of the Prophet Muhammad.”
LOL. First “Freedom Fries” and now this. What in the hell is wrong with people?
In related news, I shall now refer to all humans as “idiotic fucktards” and the shotgun I’d like to shoot them with as my “idiocy cleansing wand”.
*Sigh* I really need to stop reading the news.

I guess this whole blogging thing really is taking off. Even Chewbacca has his own blog. Hah! Absolutely hilarious. I love it :-)

I know that I talked about this before but, wow. Wow. I’d guess that if you asked Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell if they had any idea how popular Lazy Sunday would become, they’d say no. I’m just amazed by how many parodies of it there are. For those of you who have been living under a rock and have no idea what the hell I’m talking about, here are a few examples.
So far, I think my favorite of the bunch that I’ve seen is one that two 11 year-olds made while they were home from school for the MLK holiday:
Lazy Monday – 11 year-old style
Apart from the audio being out of sync with their mouths, they did a great job for a few elementary school kids :-)
Enjoy.

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. I’ve been slacking off. Actually, I’ve been super-busy at work and haven’t been doing anything online when I get home but check email before I go to bed. At any rate, I promise I’ll get back on the horse and get back to posting regularly real soon now.

As I previously mentioned, one of my projects at work was getting a podcast off the ground. So, without further ado, I’m pleased to announce the ReelRadio podcast.
New episodes are released every Friday afternoon, so please give it a listen and let me know what you think (especially about the 2nd episode since I’m the host).
If anyone’s interested in the technical side of things (what we’re using to record, etc.), let me know and I’ll post more about how we’re doing things.
