I was going to write a post on the whole iPad and Flash debate, but thought this summed things up nicely. Here’s the main reason why there isn’t (and likely will never be) Flash on the iPad and iPhone:
As of Snow Leopard, the Flash plugin is sandboxed so at least it doesn’t take Safari down with it anymore when it crashes (and it crashes *a lot*).

If you’re having audio issues with iChat on Snow Leopard (no audio, only one person gets audio, etc.)—particularly if you have a Time Capsule and a MobileMe account—here’s an unfortunate workaround:
Try turning off Back to My Mac.
I turned it off in System Prefs on both Macs in question, and also turned off Enable NAT Port Mapping Protocol on the Time Capsule and audio during chats and screen sharing works again.
Hopefully Apple has a fix for it (and for the damn annoying status message bug with AIM accounts) soon.

From Apple’s Pro Tips:
Hold down the Command, Shift, and 4 keys, then press the Spacebar. Instead of a cross-hair cursor, a small camera icon appears. When you move this camera icon over the element you’d like to capture, that element is highlighted. Click your mouse or trackpad, and you’ve captured a screenshot of just that element — no further cleanup required.
I knew about Command+Shift+4 and use it all the time, but I never knew about the spacebar trick to capture a particular window or element on the screen.
