It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these, so here’s the latest installment of the iPhone apps I currently have installed on my iPhone. I’ve trimmed down what I have installed a little bit :-)

I recently had a conversation with an iPhone-owning friend about the 3rd-party apps he uses the most, so I thought I’d share my list:
- Twitterrific
- Since I use Twitterrific on my laptop to post to and keep up with Twitter, it was a natural choice to use it on the iPhone. The interface is great, and posting tweets is really quick, even on the EDGE network.
- Elevens Balls [1]
- This game is seriously addictive, a ton of fun, and an excellent time waster. If you’ve ever played 11 Ball on a Megatouch, you’ll love this game.
- PDX Bus
- Trimet bus stops and schedules on the iPhone. Absolutely essential if you live in Portland and ride Trimet often.
- NetNewsWire
- Another app that I use on my laptop. Lets me keep up with the RSS feeds I read without having to be sitting in front of the laptop.
- Mobile Fotos
- By far my favorite Flickr app. It allows me to take photos and quickly upload them to Flickr directly from the iPhone. The nearby feature is also very slick (it uses the GPS to find you and then displays photos taken nearby your location).
[1] - No link because it looks like this may’ve been pulled from the App Store. It’s not showing up in a search on the App Store, but I can’t seem to find anything from Google saying it’s been pulled or not. If it has been, that really sucks—the game is excellent and incredibly addictive. Anybody know what happened with it?

After my previous post about the iPhone apps I have installed, I decided I’d continue to post what I’ve got installed every once in a while. Here’s installment #2:

I’m always curious what 3rd-party apps other people are using on their iPhones. I tend to cycle through apps a lot—if I install something and don’t use it for a while, I’ll usually get rid of it and replace it with something else. Anyway, here are the apps I currently have installed (in alphabetical order):
