Real Life Simpsons Intro

For those of you who haven’t already seen it, someone spent a lot of time and effort recreating the intro to the Simpsons using real people. It’s really well done. Go watch it.

I guess this whole blogging thing really is taking off. Even Chewbacca has his own blog. Hah! Absolutely hilarious. I love it :-)

I know that I talked about this before but, wow. Wow. I’d guess that if you asked Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell if they had any idea how popular Lazy Sunday would become, they’d say no. I’m just amazed by how many parodies of it there are. For those of you who have been living under a rock and have no idea what the hell I’m talking about, here are a few examples.
So far, I think my favorite of the bunch that I’ve seen is one that two 11 year-olds made while they were home from school for the MLK holiday:
Lazy Monday – 11 year-old style
Apart from the audio being out of sync with their mouths, they did a great job for a few elementary school kids :-)
Enjoy.

Oh my god, this is hilarious. It’s not quite as funny as Lazy Sunday was, but it’s still pretty damn good.
Basically, it’s Mark Feuerstein (from Caroline in the City) and Adam Stein saw the original on SNL and decided to make their own. They got some friends to shoot the video and produce it, and that’s pretty much the end of it. Definitely worth watching at least once :-)

I came across this on digg, and found it pretty funny in light of the recent news about Google fighting the government’s request for search data.
Their mission page is great:
Our mission is to provide the best possible search engine to you while at the same time, making sure the government is informed should you search for something obscure, illegal, or unpatriotic.
And then further down the page:
