My 5 most-used 3rd-party iPhone apps

I recently had a conversation with an iPhone-owning friend about the 3rd-party apps he uses the most, so I thought I’d share my list:

Twitterrific
Since I use Twitterrific on my laptop to post to and keep up with Twitter, it was a natural choice to use it on the iPhone. The interface is great, and posting tweets is really quick, even on the EDGE network.
Elevens Balls [1]
This game is seriously addictive, a ton of fun, and an excellent time waster. If you’ve ever played 11 Ball on a Megatouch, you’ll love this game.
PDX Bus
Trimet bus stops and schedules on the iPhone. Absolutely essential if you live in Portland and ride Trimet often.
NetNewsWire
Another app that I use on my laptop. Lets me keep up with the RSS feeds I read without having to be sitting in front of the laptop.
Mobile Fotos
By far my favorite Flickr app. It allows me to take photos and quickly upload them to Flickr directly from the iPhone. The nearby feature is also very slick (it uses the GPS to find you and then displays photos taken nearby your location).

[1] - No link because it looks like this may’ve been pulled from the App Store. It’s not showing up in a search on the App Store, but I can’t seem to find anything from Google saying it’s been pulled or not. If it has been, that really sucks—the game is excellent and incredibly addictive. Anybody know what happened with it?

Doesn’t show up on the graveyard list: http://boredzo.org/killed-iphone-apps/

Yeah, checked there and the removed game list and it’s not there either. It’s still not showing up in searches on the App Store though, so who knows.
